Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above €50,-
What is the estimated shipping time?
All orders placed Monday through Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 15:00 (CET) will ship on the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time or on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday).
Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may require additional processing time due to the higher volume of orders. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for order processing.

Once your order has been placed, it is processed almost immediately and sent to the warehouse for shipment. To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.
This means we cannot cancel or modify your order, including but not limited to:
- Canceling your order or removing items from your order
- Changing the color or size of items
- Adding items to your order
- Changing your billing or shipping address
- Modifying the payment method
- Changing the shipping method
- Adding or removing a gift card

What are the return costs?
The cost to return an item is €6.95, which covers the shipping label and processing fees. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
